I've just made a phone call to my daughter to know more about the situation. She told me that her problem was with office and she completely un-install office ant re-install it. Since then (about 2 mounts ago) she don't have BSD anymore.

I don't know about the other one, it's business user and I can't call them in week-end. I will have some news about it tomorrow and if they really have stability issue I will post about it.
