Greenspan Still a New Economy Believer... Has anyone else noticed how Greenspan's show of bullishness in that speech toward high tech has been downplayed? I thought that speech was very good for high tech. Especially his proclamation that high tech would lead us out of this recession. Also admitting that everybody says their technology is half built.
