That seems reasonable to me.

I wonder if any of you fine attorneys on the thread <g> think that anything further legally could ensue from Roche's damaging admission that they deliberately drove down the price of IGEN stock?

Could a class action suit by IGEN stockholders be brought against Roche? Could Roche or its officers be prosecuted criminally for stock manipulation?

Just the possibility of either could motivate Roche to make a quick amicable settlement with IGEN.
