Sure looks like some problems, according to the press, the last few months. Real political "football" in the state. Some cities and counties reading, intrepreting, and enforcing the legislation one way, others not. Had monitered the business model early on through the filings. No position for awhile.

BGI INC - Seizures of its Bank Accounts - Advises Operators of Charity - Station Machines to Suspend Operations
New York, New York, Feb 01, 2002 (Market News Publishing via COMTEX) -- BGI Inc. announced that it has become aware that all of the funds held in the Company's bank accounts located in Texas were seized late yesterday afternoon.

The Company believes that the seizures were made at the request of the Texas State Lottery Commission. In light of this development the Company has advised all operators of locations where its Charity Station machines are located to suspend their operations.
