I found that out with my MB a IWILL KK266 it doesn't like faster Processors over 1Ghz. IWILL said they need to change some trace runs and capacitors to fix the time issues that arise from using such fast CPU's. I have one of the 1st KK266's made.

Jim, PCChips claims it goes to 1.2Ghz but I've heard bad things about PCChips ( after I bought the board ). It's funny that it worked flawlessly for 2 years ( not even one crash ).
