That is not a term commonly used around Texas. He probably half-remembered the punch line to some bad joke that he likes to trade with the staff and half-forgot he was talking on record.

Thanks Alan, you know what else is funny about the word Pakis. I typed it into google and came up with all kinds of different web-sites. Check this address out. Someone better notify Microsoft their website address *offends* Pakistani's.
