OK, lets try again. Your vision of a market utopia consists of a smaller union work force (to protect the workers in corporations that are inefficient or stingy), with selective corporate welfare and bailouts to only certain companies for the right reasons. Most of the inefficient corporations should be allowed to die.

What would the right reasons be?
