Dave every country is affected by our tearing up the ABM Treaty and I believe our NATO allies were party to the treaty and they did not want us to tear it up, every single one of them. We did this unilaterally, which is also something that bothers me very much about this Administration. If we are going to lead the world to peace we cannot be unilaterally tearing up peace treaties.
