You asked me what I would do and then you attempt to belittle it by saying to take it to Congress. These are guys perpertrating that defense pork barrel. Sort like going to the fox to get the chickens protected I would say. Anyway, I gave you the correct answer. The Clingons are up there laughing at how stupid we are as we get ready to destroy our planet. They had a big meeting and decided if they invaded they may lose a few hundred troops and if they left us alone in another four years after the radiation died down they could just settle. They decided to wait us out and make movies about how stupid earthlings are as they kill each other and their planet.
