Actually 2Q 93, but the covered call premiums have more than paid for the entry price. I wouldn't say I've lost faith in the technology, just have a much more down to earth opinion of management. No longer believe Chambers can pull them out of the mud with flowery speeches. I have watched them destroy every competitor they've ever come up against and believe that if there is a recovery in the overall market, the monkeys who call themselves money managers will pile back on. If they haven't killed it yet after all the revelations and accusations, they probably won't be able to. It's a risk vs. reward situation which imo favors CSCO. So unless Chambers is as unscrupulous as some of the Enron officers, which I don't believe he is, there is some upside potential upside over the next few years, in spite of Shannon's calculations.
