Jim,

I saw in your response that's you're aware how much
you have to edit to keep lengths managable. It would
have been easy to make that 10 times as long by putting
in reasons or low/high probabilities, etc, etc.

The point to me is more discipline in the assumptions
on holding the stock and only doing the downside work
on risk rather than upside potentials.

As I posted on SH as Opcom (WUT on valium), I do believe
Fab's 450 million is quite attainable given time and
the expansion effect of repeat prescriptions in a market
growing in double digits with an extended patent.

This easily translates into triple digit shareprice 5 or
so years down the road and I made it 7.

My plan in my mind is very conservative; but, sufficient.

Since I don't have real world probabilities - that's where
I stop.

If all goes as hoped this year I could see peaking in the
high 20's or low 30's. This is easily understood in a
scenario where WF10 catches attention while J&J talks about
their new arthritis drug while the 5 million or so
secondary flies off the table. $19 US? Absolutely.

I wonder if we'll keep the OXO offices in California?
When the deal closes, that lease will belong to us.

Wolf

BTW - you'll notice that in my weighting, if DMX fails
at Canada, US, and OXO, then the shareprice drops out
at $1.90. The EU operations plus the base valuation
for BV/patents.

In the meantime I'm adding to my DMX long term position
for the first time since late 2000.
