Does anybody remember the last State of the Union Message? Do we all have collective amnesia? I seem to remember Bush and other Republicans like Dominici saying the surpluses would be so large we could not possibly spend them. Do you remember that? What happened to those huge surpluses? What is the credibility of those people?
