I've been thinking about Ambrose. It seems his "Band of Brothers" was stirring up Patriotism. Something had to be done about that, I guess. And the guy who wrote "Skeptical Environmentalist", well that is heresy and he should be sentenced to the rack. But, outright lies are ok, as long as the cause is right. And, the Constitution is a deterrent to the liberal plan to take over our country. So Bellesiles gets a pass. Afterall, his research data did get lost in a flood. And hopefully, in the 10 years he says he needs to reconstruct that data, the whole story will be forgotten.
