...in a TOU violation category termed as 'personal attacks.'

In this case, terms such as 'shrew' and 'anusbreath' and 'steaming pile of excrement' -- even when made directly to the poster addressed -- somehow don't see to 'fall under' any of the TOU violation categories, such as harassment, vulgarity, etc.

It's puzzling, isn't it?
