You know how sometimes you get these cravings? A couple of months ago, I started to long for a quiche. My wife, taking pity on me, made a quiche lorraine over the holidays! Meanwhile, I have been yearning for a brioche. I cannot find one, even where I get my baguettes in downtown Annapolis, and I haven't had time to scour Washington. I don't know, I just got a yen for brioche, so light, so delicious. Most cravings were satisfied over the holidays, I even had a good bouillabaisse, but no brioche.......
