In July EMC reported average throughput on SK's Seoul network was 71.5Kbps (peak experience around 120Kbps), and KT capped at 80 kbps.

That's awhile back. This could change positively as the network is optimized or negatively as more users are added and these users increasingly use data services.

Pretty good for starters.
