Hi Again Nadine. I am aware that many civilized advances such as algebra and many other things came from Arabic sources, what I was trying to say was I'm not sure that the religion of Islam is responsible for these advances. I think there are many different races of peoples within the religion of Islam that would account for these things.

Was Islam even around when these Arabic advances were first made. When did Islam first come on the scene. I don't think that Arabs were always Islam, were they?

Damm, back to the history sites.

take care
Lorne
