John, RE: Does anyone here know if the Intel estimates for this quarter are for the standard GAAP earnings or for "earnings without 'acquisition costs'"? The Intel estimate most toss around right now for the fourth quarter, 12¢, is a pro forma number. "Extraordinary" expenses should cut the GAAP number to about 4¢ if the report is in line. Do they include realized gains and losses? Unrealized? They do included realized gains and losses. They do not include unrealized gains and losses.
