I wouldn't call it Western propaganda, more like recycled Al Qaeda propaganda. Sort of like the perpetually recycled obstacle course stock footage the networks always play. It's entertaining enough to see it recycled against bin Laden, but I can't see how it's particularly meaningful beyond that.
