Here is FLM response to debt issue:
15:59 ET Fleming Cos (FLM) 17.55 -0.02 (-0.1%): -- Update -- Co responds to notification by Moody's that it is placing Fleming's debt under review for possible downgrade: "Our assessment of risk associated with Kmart apparently leads us to a much different conclusion." Co is reaffirming Q4 earnings expectations of $0.61-$0.65. FLM expects to report that it reduced debt by approximately $75 mln from Q3 levels and anticipates that it will continue to reduce debt in the 2002 fiscal year by an additional $100-$150 mln.
