By manipulating their "restructuring charge" they can report whatever "profit" or loss they feel like reporting on a pro forma basis --<<

need to get back to Gaap accounting this market will continue to deflate the pro forma bullshit.

NEW YORK, NY--(INTERNET WIRE)--Jan 14, 2002 -- Muze Inc., a leading provider of entertainment product data for music, books, video and games, announced today that Amazon.com has selected Muze to provide song clips for its music store, the No. 1 online music store.

Muze is providing Amazon.com with song clips via the MuzeTunes(SM) service, a high quality, streaming audio preview service. Powered by streaming media delivery technology from Akamai Technologies, Inc., MuzeTunes offers retailers over two million audio clips for commercially available albums. The clips are available in Real Audio® format and Microsoft Windows Media Audio.
