OT I no longer live in Memphis...and yes, I agree its a total joke that the taxpayers foot the bill...they should have called the team "Memphis Express" (and get the huge FedEx sponsership)...and not stuck taxpayers, but NBA nixed it....Memphis shouldve told them to take a hike.. TAMS...stood for...Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi States (Memphis, of course, cornered by all 3). Is that not the lamest name of all-time? The owner: Charlie Finley (of Oakland A's fame)....
