Considering that this is so high profile, I think those found guilty will be made an example (in relative historical terms). I doubt that there will be much in the way of shenanigans allowing some guilty parties to get off easy like the S&L scandal. Unfortunately, history has shown that white collar crime has always been miserably off the mark when bringing the guilty to justice.......... regardless of the political party in the White House.

Let's hope that it's different this time.

Same here. All available financial & criminal penalties would be imposed on those found responsible............ no if's and's or but's about it.
