I am not saying that Clinton had any part in any wrong doing,
More importantly, Clinton had nothing to do with the deregulation and tax laws that allowed Enron to run amok. The only thing I have seen that Clinton did is to try to smooth things over with India after Enron so angered the government they were threatening to dump all U.S. trade deals. Bush and Cheney embraced Enron as one of their own and let them lay out our countries energy future.
