Look, Jerry Bin Laden's guys are just a bunch of thugs, they don't even justify the US having a Navy or Air Force, let alone a 340 billion defense budget. After China, the only other enemy is North Korea and they are broke and cannot even feed their own army. There are no other threats except China and the bandits. And you cannot defeat a bunch of bandits with a bloated bureauracy.
