My point was that you have tried to pin the ENE situation on Bush's energy policies and simple logic says that, if it was any administration's energy policy that allowed the ENE situation to flourish, it was Clinton's. In response, you brought up Clinton fixing things for ENE in India. So I am asking, what logic you used to reach your conclusion that it was GWB rather than Clinton who was making fertile ground for ENE to operate in.
