Bush claimed he was not aware
I think the important thing is not as much about when Bush knew but that Bush and Cheney allowed America's tax and energy and regulatory policies to be set by the biggest criminal ring our country has seen since the 5 families of New York were disrupted. Enron has shown just what kind of people are buying influence in Texas and Washington.
