Karen, various congress people have said that the destruction of the documents could be a criminal act. However, until the congressional sessions begin. Or until someone charges Andersen with a crime, I believe the people in power will continue to criticize Andersen. As far as I can tell, everyone is critical of Andersen's actions. I haven't heard anyone claim that the destruction of documents, in this instance, was the right thing to do.
