If its proven that Ken Lay & Co. committed fraud and insider trading then they should be forced to pay back ALL of the $1 Billion+ that they may have gained in illegal stock option trading...Additional penalties should be considered and so should prison time. A STRONG MESSAGE SHOULD BE SENT TO CORPORATE AMERICA.
