"If its proven that he's guilty of insider trading and/or intent to commit fraud.........." I'd like to see them freeze ALL of his ASSETS now (regardless of how he has them hidden). If/when their is sufficient evidence to convict him of fraud, etc., then use those proceeds to begin to reimburse Enron 401K accounts............. then put Lay in a 6' x '12 cell with a video monitor to a cable channel where we can watch as his ASS SETS in jail for a decade or two.
