Dear TP: For Christs sake, Enron was the largest company in Texas, GWB was Govenor of Texas, OF COURSE they had a relationship and OF COURSE political contributions were made, WOULD YOU EXPECT ANYTHING ELSE? Dont be so damn Naive, HOWEVER there is ABSOLUTELY no evidence of ANY KIND that Bush or anyone else in his party has made ANY error of COMISSION. There is a possability that Oneil made an error of OMISSION but according to him even that is not true. So sit back and let it unfold and let the chips fall where they might. I think there is going to be a LOT MORE to this story then we know now. I dont think its political in the least more likely a failure on the part of all WATCHDOGS starting with the SEC but remember the TRUE VILLIANS are management of the company. jdn
