I went back to my Post on 10/22/01 and here's what I got. That + 107 should be - 107: --- "Now, the result is like this: --- Total Gains/Losses thus far:--- (1 point = $100) AMAT Losses = - 257.24 points ……………………. ( - 55.00 – 51.50 – 44.80 – 107.18 + 1.24) Non-AMAT Gains or Losses = still to be realized Before, it was like this: --- Total Gains/Losses thus far:--- (1 point = $100) Weekly/Intra-day YoYo Play = -107.18 points Bi-weekly YoYo Play = 1.24 points "Message 16537173 I think what happened is that when I was composing my post, my 2 year old grandson took over the computer. He is adept with the mouse, he types randomly on the keyboard and wait for something to happen and oftentimes reboot the system when my back is turned. I remember editing the post a number of times. Anyway, it's correct that my realized loss in the Demo is still more than $14,000. Going forward, I expect reporting overall Gains because I got lots of purchases when AMAT was near 30. The important thing I'm trying to prove to the Thread is to Buy the Most, whether they're AMAT or other Tech stocks --- when the prices are At or near the Bottom. ... and it's Okay to " ... sell some on the rise to have some money to buy some on the dip ... " --- while we are going up and up. Your selling half and then just play with the other half at some higher point of time --- is a Good one. I do that also when in doubt, ... but my mistake is that I get carried on every ones bullishness that I forget to follow my carefully laid out plans when to quit. While still at it, here are the purchases still to be sold: --- 1/14/02 Bought AMAT 10 Calls 2004 Jan 80 @ 6.00/sh 11/15/01 Bought AMAT 10 Calls 2003 Jan 50 @ 7.20/sh 10/12/01 Bought AMAT 10 Calls 2003 Jan 50 @ 5.30/sh 10/11/01 Bought AMAT 10 Calls 2003 Jan 50 @ 5.40/sh 10/10/01 Bought AMAT 10 Calls 2003 Jan 50 @ 3.80/sh 10/11/01 Bought AMAT 10 Calls 2003 Jan 90 @ 1.10/sh 11/19/01 Bought AMAT 20 Calls Apr 50 @ 2.25/sh 9/7/01 Bought AMAT 10 Calls Apr 50 @ 4.70/sh 8/24/01 Bought AMAT 10 Calls Apr 50 @ 7.60/sh 10/11/01 Bought AMAT 10 Calls Apr 40 @ 4.60/sh 10/4/01 Bought AMAT 10 Calls Apr 40 @ 3.70/sh 9/20/01 Bought AMAT 10 Calls Apr 40 @ 2.95/sh 9/28/01 Bought AMAT 10 Calls Apr 35 @ 3.60/sh 10/3/01 Bought AMAT 10 Calls Apr 30 @ 4.90/sh 10/26/01 Bought QQQ 10 Calls 2003 Jan 60 @ 0.80/sh 10/12/01 Bought QQQ 10 Calls 2003 Jan 50 @ 2.20/sh 10/30/01 Bought QQQ 20 Calls 2003 Jan 45 @ 2.65/sh 11/20/01 Bought QQQ 20 Calls 2003 Jan 45 @ 4.80/sh 11/13/01 Bought QQQ 20 Calls 2003 Jan 45 @ 4.90/sh 11/9/01 Bought QQQ 20 Calls 2003 Jan 45 @ 4.40/sh 12/19/01 Bought QQQ 10 Calls 2003 Jan 40 @ 7.20/sh 12/14/01 Bought QQQ 10 Calls 2003 Jan 40 @ 6.90/sh 11/21/01 Bought QQQ 20 Calls 2003 Jan 40 @ 6.30/sh 10/26/01 Bought QQQ 10 Calls 2003 Jan 40 @ 4.40/sh 10/10/01 Bought LU 10 Calls 2003 Jan 5 @ 2.60/sh 10/4/01 Bought LU 10 Calls 2003 Jan 5 @ 2.50/sh 9/4/01 Bought LU 10 Calls 2003 Jan 15 @ 0.65/sh 8/30/01 Bought SUNW 10 Calls 2003 Jan 25 @ 0.65/sh 10/3/01 Bought SUNW 10 Calls 2003 Jan 35 @ 0.20/sh 9/28/01 Bought ORCL 10 Calls 2003 Jan 35 @ 0.35/sh 8/30/01 Bought ORCL 10 Calls 2003 Jan 25 @ 0.95/sh 8/23/01 Bought JDSU 10 Calls 2003 Jan 25 @ 0.60/sh 9/24/01 Bought JDSU 10 Calls 2003 Jan 20 @ 0.60/sh 9/7/01 Bought CSCO 10 Calls 2003 Jan 35 @ 0.65/sh 8/31/01 Bought SLR 10 Calls 2003 Jan 35 @ 0.55/sh
