It sounds like they were a .com company that got caught like a lot of other .com companies and investors who bought things at inflated prices. I am not an apologist. It may have been a mistake, it may have been the toll to get to the other side of the street on that day of inflated tolls. In general, I share your concern for the company and my investment in it. Though I invested following 911, so things are OK by me so far. Best, G
