I think that the story that we are hearing about the alleged pretzel incident is being twisted to protect a high powered interest group. It wasn't the pretzel itself that caused the problem, it was the excess salt entering Bush's system that caused his blood pressure to jump rapidly and then fall off in response. And what did they do with chunk of dough that allegedly caused the choking? Probably ran it through a variety of chemical processes and finally removed all of the moisture through a process of osmosis until it is an unrecognizable lump of biomatter. They destroyed evidence!!!
