Perhaps if we get a weak rally off the 2.0....that means the bull run is over? (and we won't eventually get that higher high, etc.)....just food for thought....I'm rooting hard for the last higher high...but don't (most) bears always want that?

It has been reliable tp pick up rallies, but I'm not sure it can be called foolproof since it has given false signals in this bear market. Not saying it's wrong, but one surely needs to use other means of analysis in conjunction with it. Don Hays relies on it too heavily, but if this is a bear market of large degree, indicators that worked well in the last 18 years may have to be modified. Anyone who invested heavily long on it last July took a pretty good whack. Even Don Hays admitted to being caught off guard at that time.
