GLE has had no insider trades since June 2001, when a Norman Fraser bought 2000 at $17.25. In contrast Ballard power has had a huge number of insiders doing selling over the same time period 130,000 shares and NO buys.

I have to assume their technology is not ready yet. If it eventually works all will be well.
