Somehow they have to get the money out of the big dog's that did sell their stock and re-distribute to the people they kept from selling.

Doesn't sound very Republican like, does it:)

NYSE has halted ENE to pursue de-listing.

I don't think that they will have much of a leg to stand on with the matching stock. ENE didn't have to give the matching stock and it would be perfectly reasonable for ENE to put conditions on the sale of the matching stock. IMO
