The new tech bubble; Tech stock valuations are higher now than they were before the bear market began two years ago...

The one thing those valuation junkies don't bother to take into consideration; Even though many of these companies have laid off and cut back. Resulting in them being leaner and meaner. They still have heavy overhead due to trying not to cut back too much. Even though they may start hiring with a comeback. They are very well poised to grow earnings a healthy amount without adding overhead costs such as new employees.... Am I not right?
