Snow targets Chicago

Midwest
Chicago, which has suffered (or enjoyed, depending on one's viewpoint) a snow drought so far this season, should see a little of the white stuff come toddlin' into town tomorrow. Several inches anyhow. It won't be a "crown of winter" storm, but at least it will be a good starter kit, thanks to a weak low pushing into the Midwest from the Great Plains. The area of heaviest snow, such as it will be, should blossom over southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois during the morning, then spread eastward through the lower Great Lakes. Detroit, for instance, should get coated by a few inches tomorrow afternoon and evening.
