Patience...

There are enough Justice Dept., Congressional and SEC investigations going on....I will be shocked if Lay, Fastow, and Skilling are not indicted. They were running Enron and reaping the rewards from their reckless actions. There will be plenty of evidence to demonstrate that they may have broken some serious laws. If they are truly guilty I predict they will face STIFF PENALTIES...The Congressional and public pressure is mounting all the time...IMO, the Bush Administration will provide no assistance to the white collar criminals from Enron. In fact, they probably wish they never met the folks.

It will take time for the hearings and the trials...Some folks lower down the food chain (like former Andersen Partners and Enron's VP of Corporate Development) may get immunity so the government can get valuable evidence and go after 'the big fish.' I predict top Enron Execs will face massive penalties as the Gov't may use them as an example for the rest of Corporate America....Lets hope i'm right...=)
