True... though I wonder if there are enough assets that the banks took security interests in.....

I have read that some banks are taking a substantial hit.

I knew of a guy 25 years ago who was in the mobile home business and expanded. His theory was you get so far in debt they can't afford to foreclose. And he did. Lived very well. Bought farms and airplanes and a boat business all the while getting deeper. He listed all assets and none of the debts on new loans. He crashed faster than Enron and is still where he can't have any face to face sex.
