Jim you ever think about this theory? What will happen if the economy doesn't revive as expected and capital spending slumps deeper and longer on the telecom side? Lets say the networks are running at full capacity now. Then Possibly Bottlenecks and blackouts over the internet could become one reality we will have to live with ...just speculating on what could be happening up the road in the near- term future.
