TRANSLATION: Osha told his boss and clients that cap ex would stay up, they've held on to all their shares, keep the price up until they can dump 'em, willya!

Seems to me, when we were looking at INTC's cap spending projections 2 and 3 quarters ago, the bulls were trumpeting the fact that they didn't cut cap ex, so semi equipment cos were in "recovery" (yeah, just like that delinquent alcoholic cousin of yer's, whose been in rehab 12 times!).

Now that cap ex is taking the pipe, he's saying "we don't care cap ex no more?" Yeah, whatever, Nevermind....<G>
