It may be a while in the distribution pipeline, but I think you could order it at any bookstore at this time, it should be available on order right now... just go to any major, or minor, bookstore... be sure to give them the ISBN number, since I believe that's how they can order the book... all bookstores, Barnes and Nobles, Borders, etc., order their books from book wholesalers, the biggest wholesaler is Ingram's... I don't know if Ingram has the book in stock yet, the bookstore may have to order it directly from the publisher... the bookstore could reach the publisher toll-free at 1-877-333-7422..... GZ
