What I meant was that the anticipation of some improvement in earnings fueled the recent rise in Nasdaq, and Intel numbers fulfilled the expectation. Where we go from here on Nasdaq? I would take Intel info as a slightly positive. If the drop-off from Q4 to Q1 is less than normal seasonal pattern (or even flat or up), it would signal that things are continuing to improve.
