You are also happy to take what he says at face value without question, because he's telling you what you want to hear - and that's that the Hammer has tons of performance over the previous generation. I don't disagree that it will, but I think you are going overboard with extrapolating PowerPoint slides to mean that Hammer will achieve 20-50% greater performance per clock, minimum, especially in the ambiguous way that those numbers were given. wbmw
