Are the low 20's some sort of a technical barrier for the stock price? Jeff The consensus among the many traders that I compare thoughts with on a daily basis come up with 22 as a major resistance point. Just now checked the Naz futures and they are indicating a lower opening. I see nothing on the near horizon that causes the breaking of this tight range. Even if Cisco hits their number, which I’m hearing they will, I think that any upturn will be short-lived. It's my opinion that Cisco and the market as a whole needs this and the following quarter to be strong in order to experience a pronounced break out. Ed
