Of course not. But it is not the only probable outcome. I do know that if Poland had not had a guarantee from Britain, Germany and Russia would have spent several years exhausting themselves against each other while the west finally rearmed.

We can "What if" it forever, and never know for sure. I do know that if Wilson had stayed out of the WWI, WWII would not have happened.
