Dear John:

Please review your post yesterday where you criticized me for using the word "debt" when I referred to your position. Then compare that to your earlier posts in this discussion where you said a certain element of capital really represented shareholder "loans". Now you are putting us in a position of also arguing about whether or not a "loan" is a "debt". If you cannot comprehend the foolishness of your positions on these matters then I am sorry.

My opinion is that no professional would agree with you that capital is a "loan", or that a "loan" is not also a "debt". If you insist on maintaining your current positions, then that's ok. Just leave me out of the future discussion about it. If you choose to educate us about capital, loans and debts, then make your posts to the group and not me. I promise to not challenge you in the future on your opinions. I would appreciate your honoring my request. Thanks in advance for doing so.

Jeff
