I don't know if shorts are scratching their heads or not. Yesterday you said that Intel gap downs are often bought. How quickly you forget! Also, Allan's been looking for a squeeze and I'm sure a few others might be. Finally, it's been so long since we had a serious gap down AND we hit support in the NDX and S+P. . . that buying is no suprise. Now, can it be sustained? Place yer bets.

Yup. I don't know anything I didn't know at the open, that is, we haven't done anything important yet, but the shorts are at least being pushed a little. Too early for me to jump on a possible squeeze -- could go either way for me.

There is a possibility that this bounce is only a 1 of 3.
Or 1 of 3 of 5. I can't find an acceptable count that says the decline is over right now.
